Brad leads business development efforts and drives strategic growth across the company’s construction portfolio. With a strong track record in sales leadership and client relationship management, Brad plays a critical role in connecting clients with the right solutions for their projects—whether commercial, industrial, or residential. Brad works with project managers, estimators, and Execs to align client goals with company capabilities, helping to deliver high-impact results that meet budgets and exceed expectations.

Kelly is an experienced IT leader responsible for managing web operations, UX/UI, digital marketing, and data analytics at Dean Construction. She supports the company’s digital presence, employees and technology needs, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations that scale for strategic company growth.

Shannon plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing supplier relationships to support construction projects of all sizes. With a strong background in consulting and contracts, she handles procurement and supply chain management, ensuring the company secures high-quality materials, equipment, and subcontractor services at fair prices.
