This home remodel project updated this home with contemporary design. We removed non-load-bearing walls, installed wide-plank hardwood floors, and upgraded all fixtures and finishes with modern, energy-efficient alternatives. The kitchen now features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Throughout we added recessed lighting, improved insulation, and refreshed every room with neutral tones and clean lines. This on-time, on-budget project delivered comfort, and visual appeal, tailored to the client's lifestyle.

This beautiful rendering from our design team shows a scheduled kitchen update that will focus on a minimal, neutral design that emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and natural beauty. The project includes the installation of natural stone waterfall countertops and a muted color palette that creates a calm, timeless aesthetic. Locally sourced materials will be used throughout, from handcrafted wood cabinetry to regionally quarried stone, supporting sustainability and community artisans. The layout will remain largely unchanged, with subtle enhancements to lighting and hardware to complement the overall clean, understated look. This update aims to bring warmth and authenticity to the space while preserving its practical charm.

Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom remodel transformed a dated, confined bathroom space into a modern, spa-like retreat. The project included replacing the old tub with a new stand-alone soaking tub and a walk-in shower featuring frameless glass and sleek tile work trimmed in gold. We installed a floating vanity with quartz countertops, updated plumbing fixtures, and ambient lighting to enhance both function and relaxation. Updated floors and improved ventilation were added for comfort and efficiency. On track and within budget, this renovation now elevates the bathroom’s aesthetic and usability, turning it into a standout feature of the home sure to boost homeowner equity and satisfaction.
